🌸 Mind, Body & Soul

Beloved seekers of integration and divine flow —

Welcome to our sanctuary of Mind, Body & Soul — a living container where we explore the sacred dance between the physical, the mental, and the spiritual, all anchored in the luminous power of the divine feminine. This is where you come to embody, awaken, and harmonize with deeper rhythms.

Why this path?

Because the journey of awakening calls us to bring all of ourselves into one radiant field — not leaving parts behind. The body, mind, spirit, and feminine essence are not separate domains, but streams that flow together into your unique expression. In this school, we gather to:

  • Learn and practice ancient yoga traditionsĀ (asana, alignment, subtle movement)

  • Explore the sacred energy of Shakti — life force, feminine power, creative wildness

  • Cultivate breathwork, meditation, devotional practicesĀ to connect with the inner channel

  • Embark on a holistic journey of self-discovery & spiritual awakening

  • Empower the inner goddess, aligning your being with the cycles & wisdom of nature

Prerequisite: A foundation in School of Lunar & Elemental Studies is recommended — to ground your elemental awareness and lunar alignment before weaving them in.

What to expect in this thread

  • Introductions to yoga lineages, Shakti theory, breath & prana work

  • Guided practices (asana flows, breath meditations, devotional chants)

  • Reflective prompts, journaling, embodiment exercises

  • Sharing of insights, breakthroughs, somatic experiences

  • Ritual, seasonal alignment, and integration practices

Opening prompt ✨

To kindle the first flame here, I invite you to respond:

  1. Which part of ā€œmind, body, or soulā€Ā feels alive or hungry in you right now?(Is it the body wanting movement? The mind craving clarity? The soul longing for communion?)

  2. Sense into it — place your awareness there. What images, sensations, or words come?

  3. Reflect:

    • Where have you felt disconnection between those parts?

    • What practices or modalities have you already explored (yoga, meditation, breathwork, devotional work)?

  4. Share: speak a small intention for your journey here. (It can be whispered, just held in your heart, or shared.)

I’ll begin:

I feel my bodyĀ calling most strongly now — wanting ease in movement, deeper breath, resonance in posture. The mind is murky, wanting clarity, but most of all I sense the soulĀ longing for communion — for whispers from within, for remembering my inner goddess. My intention: to weave a practice of breath and devotional meditation daily, so that the threads of mind, body, and soul become one sacred tapestry.

Your turn — where does your heart lean first?
